You have the opportunity to plan your accommodation individually and make bookings directly without using the offered room service. We would like to draw your attention to the Programm of the Deutsche Messe AG - the Selected Hotels.

An overview of the so-called Selected Hotels is available on the Deutsche Messe AG website. These hotels from different classifications are considered to be particularly trade fair-friednly accommodations with special conditions.

Via this link you can get in direct contact with the hotel contact persons. A list of all conditions for visitors and exhibitors of the IAA who want too book a hotel can also be found on the DMAG website.

On the website of the HMTG (Hannover Marketing & Tourismus GmbH) as exclusive partner of the Deutsche Messe AG, you will find a comprehensive range of accommodation in all categories and book online directly. For the IAA TRANSPORATION 2024 use the booking form of the HMTG.

This service offers you an ideal and free arrangement of hotel rooms in the city of Hannover, the region and the surrounding area (with efficient connection to the fairgrounds) - whether guesthouse, inn, mid-range hotel or luxury accommodation. A variety of hotels in every price range is available at the online hotel booking portal of the HMTG.

Due to the increasing demand during the event we recommend booking your hotel room as soon as possible, whether you employ the service of the HMTG or not.

Direct from bed to IAA TRANSPORTATION! Since 2018, My Molo, a partner of Deutsche Messe AG, has been operating the Hannover MesseCamp at the official caravan site. You will find numerous accommodations there as part of the IAA. Located at the caravan site in the south of the exhibition grounds, just a 5-minute walk from the entrance, our partner My Molo operates the Hannover Messe Camp.

Stay overnight in Camping Lodges (8m², two single beds) with electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi. You have access to toilets and showers, the reception with a kiosk, and a lounge area. Conveniently and securely park your car at the nearby West parking lots at a daily rate of 15 euros.

Renting a space on the exhibition's own Caravan Park is a cost-efficient alternative to hotels. The parking lot is located in the south of the exhibition grounds directly at entry area "WEST l ". It is equipped with sanitary facilities (shower, washing and toilet). The parking place is for exhibitors and visitors and is located in a quiet area with shops in the immediate vicinity. Exhibitors and visitors need to bring their own caravans and mobile homes. The daily rate varies depending on the length of the caravan/trailer.

The parking lot is open to exhibitors and visitors and is located in a quiet location with shopping facilities nearby. Campers and caravans have to be brought along. The daily rate varies according to the length of the camper or caravan (per parking space/night 27 to 50 euros + fixed rate for water/electricity).
