Participation options

At this year’s IAA TRANSPORTATION, the IAA Conference addresses key ideas shaping the sustainable, social, technological, economic, and political dimensions of global transportation. International opinion leaders from across all relevant industries will come together to discuss today’s challenges and present their solutions and visions for the future of global and regional transportation.

Due to the high density of C-level executives in our program, there will be no bookable slots on the Main Stage this year. Only the day sponsors of the Main Stage will have the opportunity to present in this prominent environment and have their logo permanently visible – not only on-site but also in photos, the livestream, and video recordings. Additionally, the Main Stage sponsors can enjoy being perceived as the day sponsor of the conference and being visibly featured in all online and on-site conference programs.

With 50 seats, an LED screen, video recording, a professional photographer, and no stage sponsor, the Industry Stage is the perfect solution for your additional touchpoint at the IAA TRANSPORTATION. Situated among the exhibitor stands, the stage is seamlessly integrated into the attendee flow and part of the official conference program.

Do you need a stage for the Press Day on September 14th or for your evening event between September 15th and 19th? You have the option to book the Industry Stage.

Use our lunch breaks for your advertising movies on our stages and create an additional advertising touchpoint for your brand. Whether it's a company presentation, TV commercial, or product presentation, your films with sound will be showcased at least once a day on our stage screens.

The IAA TRANSPORTATION serves as a melting pot for the most important protagonists in international transportation. Manufacturers of various commercial vehicles, developers and producers of powerful hardware and software, economic and regulatory decision-makers, as well as buyers, users, and planners come together at the IAA TRANSPORTATION to showcase and discuss their products and visions. The diversity of topics is as vast as the significance of the transportation industry in the globalized world. Freely accessible for IAA visitors

The IAA TRANSPORTAION conference program is mostly in English and with the exception of the opening session, open to all IAA visitors. Due to limited visitor capacity, it is worth arriving early for the session you wish to attend. Seat reservations for the Main Stage and the Industry Stage are not possible.
