Awareness & Support

Do you have a problem or feel uncomfortable?

The Awareness Team offers confidential support during the Drivers & Family Weekend if you experience distress, discrimination, harassment, or boundary violations.

Whether you’re experiencing emotional distress, discrimination, need a quiet space, or are dealing with boundary violations or harassment, the Awareness Team is here for you. We’ll connect with you and work together to determine what kind of support you need.

IAA TRANSPORTATION brings together people with different experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives. We want to create an environment where all participants feel respected and welcome.

Discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or boundary-crossing behavior has no place at IAA TRANSPORTATION. The Awareness Team provides confidential support and works with the person affected to discuss possible next steps.
