PEI Mobility is a brand of P.E.I. Srl, a leading company in the field of dynamic protections for machine tools. Born and raised in a context of excellence - the Bolognese Motor Valley -the business unit has specialised, during its twenty years of experience, in the production and sale of bellows for articulated buses and today presents itself with an important expansion of its product range.

Years of activity and success in the sector have led PEI Mobility to currently count 8,000 bellows in Europe and around the world, earning it a leading position on the international scene. A result also achieved thanks to the help of the two foreign production plants, one in Serbia and the other in Brazil, which report to the headquarters in Bologna.

On the strength of its proven bellows production, characterised by a high technological level in terms of the fabrics used, the number of patented systems and its ability to customise, the PEI Mobility brand now presents itself to the market with a major production novelty: a range of innovative, high-performance joints. Thanks to cutting-edge materials, such as the introduction of short carbon fibre with the SMC technique, and its compatibility with all types of chassis, the new PEI Mobility joints  now offer unique solutions on the market in terms of lightness and flexibility.

This new positioning expresses a now well-defined mission for the renewed business unit: to become a reference player for the complete supply of gangway systems, with a focus on sustainable mobility.

With a new digital image, the Group's BU has also landed on social media with the opening of a LinkedIn channel and on the web with a new official website, featuring an innovative tool that allows you to configure your own interconnection system for articulated buses by combining a wide range of bellows, joints and accessories, right up to complete gangway systems.

Its membership of a leading Group such as P.E.I. Srl, with 420 employees located in 7 production sites in Italy and abroad and 70 international patents, its customised approach to the customer and close synergy with the local area mean that PEI Mobility is ready to meet the needs of its target group, setting out on the road to a future full of opportunities.
