IAA TRANSPORTATION will be held in Hannover from September 15–22, 2026. The Press Day will take place on September 14 starting from 08.00 am. Focus on families during Family and Drivers Weekend
This year, we will continue to focus on family-friendly experiences with our Family and Drivers Weekend. From 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Saturday, September 19), and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Sunday, September 20), IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 will transform into a family festival with special attractions for drivers and their families. The emphasis will lie on providing visitors of all ages with insight into the world of logistics. There will also be experiences tailored to the needs of drivers and their families. A Family Adventure Pass costs €20.00 and grants up to two adults and three children one-time admission during the weekend of September 19–20. Children under 6 years of age who are accompanied by an adult receive free admission to IAA TRANSPORTATION and do not require a ticket. Children 6 years of age or older require a ticket.

Accreditation for journalists available now
The IAA TRANSPORTATION Press Day will be held on Monday, September 14. Journalists from around the world can now get their accreditation online. Further information on accreditation and press services can be found on our website.

* The discounted day ticket is available to school and university students, apprentices, volunteers in the Freiwilliger Wehrdienst, volunteers in the Bundesfreiwilligendienst, members of the volunteer services FÖJ and FSJ, and persons with disabilities who present the appropriate verification. An individual accompanying a person with disability identification in class “B” receives free admission.
