Fryte Mobility Launches First Cross-Operator Reservation Service for Electric Truck Charging Points

According to company statements, Fryte Mobility has launched Germany's first central reservation service for publicly accessible electric truck charging points across different operators. In cooperation with Energie Südbayern and Dettendorfer Energy, freight forwarders and carriers can now book charging slots at an initial five locations in Bavaria via a single, unified platform.
At launch, the offering includes charging hubs in Raubling along the A93, Langenbruck on the A9, Pentling at the A93/B16 interchange, Wallersdorf along the A92, and Aichach on the B300. These locations are situated along major transport corridors and are designed to enable charging stops to be planned without requiring detours or causing unnecessary downtime.

Unified Platform for Multiple Charging Network Operators
With this new service, Fryte Mobility is bringing cross-operator reservations for electric truck charging points into standard, commercial operation for the first time. Through a central interface, freight forwarders can reserve charging slots regardless of the specific provider.
The platform aggregates both public and semi-public charging infrastructure. This gives logistics companies greater transparency and flexibility in route planning, while allowing infrastructure operators to manage capacity and utilization far more predictably.
Expansion of the Charging Network Planned
According to Fryte Mobility, charging points from Energie Südbayern and Dettendorfer Energy are available on the platform effective immediately. Both companies are among the first public charging hub operators to support the reservation service.
