Northern Irish bus manufacturer Wrightbus has introduced four battery-electric commercial vehicles under the new Rightech brand. These include the 7.5-ton trucks RT75 UK and RT75 Europe, which are equipped with a 107 kWh CATL battery pack and offer a range of up to 143 miles (230 kilometers). The batteries can be charged from 20% to 80% in just 50 minutes. Additionally, Wrightbus unveiled its electric buses, the RB9 and RB6, measuring nine and six meters in length, respectively. The RB9 features a 282 kWh LFP battery pack, providing a range of up to 186 miles (300 kilometers) and seating for up to 57 passengers. The RB6 is designed for up to 22 passengers.

Founded in 2024, the joint venture Flexis, comprising Renault, the Volvo Group, and logistics company CMA CGM, plans to introduce a new generation of electric vans. The vehicles are expected to offer a range of up to 280 miles (450 kilometers) according to the WLTP standard and will begin series production in 2026. Flexis plans three model types: the Step-in Van with an interior height of 1.9 meters for easy access to the cargo space, the city-friendly Panel Van with a vehicle height of 1.9 meters for use in underground garages, and the Cargo Van, which is specifically designed for urban last-mile deliveries and features an adaptable box. Initial customers include DB Schenker, Colis Privé, and HIVED.

Volvo Construction Equipment has introduced its new generation of dump trucks, which includes seven series in total. In addition to updates for the A25 to A60 models, Volvo is launching a new 45-ton payload class with the A50. The vehicles feature the "Terrain Memory" system, which is designed to detect slippery road sections and automatically adjust traction. The Volvo Co-Pilot display will provide intuitive control of key functions. Other improvements include better comfort and safety, such as adjustable seats, ergonomic controls, and expanded sightlines. The new models are also designed for fuel efficiency, with a key focus on using low-carbon steel made from recycled materials and powered by renewable electricity and biogas.

Nestlé has expanded its collaboration with the Berlin-based digital freight forwarder Sennder to reduce CO₂ emissions in road logistics by using electric trucks. Since 2021, Nestlé has reported over 3,000 eco-friendly transports using HVO100 fuel and electric trucks, saving more than 2,000 tons of CO₂ equivalents. As part of the initiative, electric trucks have also been introduced for Nestlé's THOMY product line in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. In just four months, these vehicles completed over 100 deliveries and covered more than 6,200 miles (10,000 kilometers), reducing CO₂ emissions by about 55 tons per year on a single route.
